Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse - please check our size charts carefully before ordering. We do stand behind our product: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
